By accessing or using this website (webwonders.online or any associated domain), creating an account, or purchasing any subscription plan, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

WebWonders AI Tools Hub provides: (a) an AI tool discovery and comparison directory; (b) AI-powered workflow advisory chat; (c) a Virtual Assistant service where human specialists, assisted by AI, carry out delegated tasks on behalf of clients.

The Virtual Assistant service is subscription-based and sold in monthly hour packages (Starter: 5 hrs, Growth: 20 hrs, Pro: 50 hrs). Hours are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

All subscription prices are listed in USD and are billed on a monthly basis. Prices are subject to change with 14 days' written notice by email.

Payment must be completed before service access is granted. Subscriptions are activated manually within 2 hours of confirmed payment receipt.

Unused VA hours within a billing cycle are forfeited at month end unless an upgrade or carry-over has been agreed in writing.

We do not offer automatic recurring billing. Each monthly renewal requires a new manual payment. Failure to renew will result in service suspension at the end of the paid period.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 calendar days of your first subscription activation, you may request a full refund by emailing info@webwonders.online. This applies to first-time purchases only.

After 7 days, or for any subsequent billing cycle, all payments are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused hours are not provided unless the Company is unable to deliver the service due to its own fault.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel a subscription and issue a refund at our discretion, for example if we cannot fulfil the requested tasks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebWonders AI Tools Hub, its founders, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content or task outputs
• Unauthorised access to your data
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Reliance on tool recommendations made by our AI advisor
• Actions taken based on VA-completed work

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) results will be accurate, complete, or meet your specific requirements; (c) AI-generated or VA-produced content will be free from errors or suitable for your intended use.

You use all outputs, recommendations, and content at your own risk and discretion.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information when submitting task requests; (b) not request tasks that are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of any law; (c) not share login credentials or subscription access with third parties; (d) maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.

You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability and accuracy of any deliverable before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on our outputs.

You agree not to use the service to engage in spam, phishing, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

All original content on this platform — including text, code, design, branding, and compiled tool descriptions — is the intellectual property of WebWonders AI Tools Hub and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Deliverables produced by our VA team as part of a paid subscription are licensed to you for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute them as your own product without prior written consent.

Third-party tool names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Listing on this platform does not imply endorsement.

We treat all client-submitted task information, business details, and data as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete the requested service (e.g. using AI APIs).

By using our service, you acknowledge that task content may be processed by AI systems (including large language models) as part of service delivery.

This platform participates in affiliate marketing programmes. Some links to third-party tools may be affiliate links. If you click and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations. Tool listings and AI advisor recommendations are based on relevance and quality, not affiliate status.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action must be filed within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim, after which such claims are permanently barred.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebWonders AI Tools Hub, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any content or tasks you submit; (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or prominent site notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform or service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service and may request cancellation.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation emails, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebWonders AI Tools Hub regarding the services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
